A SÈVRES PORCELAIN ART NOUVEAU VASE, BY MARCEL-JEAN PIQUET, 1921 Soliflore hard-paste porcelain vase of Messigny shape, with polychrome decoration of stylized floral motifs and gold ornaments on a white background. Sèvres National Factory, 1921. Mark of the manufacture with the green stamp dated "S 1905". Mark of the decoration with red stamp dated "RF 1921". Mark of the painter "MPiquet" for Marcel-Jean Piquet, decorator at Sèvres (active 1920-1922). Very good condition, pierced for electricity. H. 22.5 cm. Provenance From a German private collection.
