dating: 1875-1890 provenance: Swiss, Rifled, round, 8 mm cal. barrel (visible grooves), with foresight, adjustable rear sight, with octagonal breech marked "R", "V" and "M", all surmounted by a Swiss cross. Centerfire. Bolt action with working mechanics. Frame marked "WAFFENFABRIK BERN", serial no. "225xxx" and "M. 81". Smooth, wooden butt and fore-end. Iron mounts and ramrod. Barrel with remnants of antique bluing. Trigger guard with finger support. length 131,7 cm.
