The front endpaper begins "The compilers of the English common prayer book" and is similar to STC 16448.7 although with different spellings. The rear endpaper has a heading commencing "De aeterno, tremendo" followed by verse in italics signed Ric. Andrewes and then a paragraph in Greek initialled "A. G." at foot.
